Hi Everyone! This is our first official family blog post.
We have just begun the 2009 year...well hard to believe it is already March - and the year has been good to us so far.
January 2009
Started in Jacksonville, Florida. Jan 17 we left for California for 3 months! We are here because Henry has a second training school to attend for Officer School with the Navy. The military base is located in Port Hueneme, CA in Ventura County. Just 2 hours away from my home sweet home.
February 2009
Michelle celebrated her 26th birthday! It was a nice day with my family and a few friends. We went to a late Sunday sushi dinner by the house. Nothing big.
Giovanni has been attending Story Time at the local library where they sing songs and read books. Good times.
March 2009
Giovanni began swimming lessons! But he was miserable. The water was too cold for little Gio and he just didn't want to learn anything. Not like him, but we decided since the water was not enjoyable, to take him out :( We'll try again in the near future where the water is warmer (Cuba!).
